Do you charge per trip?+
A small % of each completed trip, on top of your monthly plan — and it drops as you upgrade (3% Starter, 1.5% Professional, 0.5% Elite). Card processing fees (via Whop) apply separately when your clients pay online.
Can my clients pay cash or Zelle?+
Yes. Besides card payments online (via Whop), your team can record cash, Zelle and bank transfer payments so every trip is reconciled, whether paid online or not.
Does it work in my language?+
LuxeRide speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese — your clients book in theirs.
Do I need to install anything?+
