How long does it take to go live?+

Most companies are taking online bookings within a week: create your account, set your fleet and rates, and share your booking link.

Do you charge per trip?+

A small % of each completed trip, on top of your monthly plan | and it drops as you upgrade (3% Starter, 1.5% Professional, 0.5% Elite). Online card processing fees are handled separately by our payment provider.

Can my clients pay cash or Zelle?+

Yes. Besides online card payments through our payment provider, your team can record cash, Zelle and bank transfer payments so every trip is reconciled, whether paid online or not.

Does it work in my language?+

LuxeRide supports English, Spanish and Portuguese, so clients can book in their preferred language.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. LuxeRide runs in the browser on any device. Chauffeurs use their phones | no app store downloads required.

Who owns the relationship with my passengers?+

You do. Unlike platforms such as Uber Elite or Blacklane, where the passenger books inside THEIR ecosystem and you operate as a capacity provider, on LuxeRide the passenger books on YOUR page, under YOUR brand, and their history, ratings and contact details stay in your account — not ours.
