FAQ

Questions operators actually ask before switching

Answers about onboarding, pricing, data ownership, security and support, in one place.

Evaluating new software from a phone or a spreadsheet raises real questions

An operator switching off the phone or a spreadsheet wants to know what happens to existing bookings, what it costs, and who owns the data before they commit any time to trying it.

Answers scattered across a pricing page, a features page and a support inbox make it harder to evaluate than it should be.

The real answers, in one place

This page collects the questions operators ask most before creating an account, drawn from support conversations and the same product running in every other part of this site.

For anything specific to security or the third-party services LuxeRide connects to, see the dedicated Security and Integrations pages.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to switch from what I use now?+

Most operators are taking online bookings within a week of creating an account: set up your fleet, your pricing rules, and share your booking link.

What happens to bookings I already have on the books?+

Staff can enter existing reservations manually into the same system used for online bookings, so nothing has to be re-scheduled elsewhere.

Who owns my passenger data if I ever leave?+

It stays in your account. LuxeRide is white-label: the booking page, passenger history and ratings belong to your business, not a shared marketplace.

Is there a contract or setup fee?+

No. Plans are billed monthly with no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.

Can my drivers use it without installing anything?+

Yes, the platform runs in the browser on any device. A native driver app is also available.

What if my team only speaks Spanish or Portuguese?+

The operator dashboard, booking page and driver tools all support English, Spanish and Portuguese.

How is my data kept separate from other operators on the platform?+

Row-level security enforced at the database level keeps every operator’s data isolated. See the Security page for details.

Do you charge more as I grow?+

The opposite. The per-trip platform fee drops as you move up plans, from 3% on Starter to 0.5% on Elite.
