Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LuxeRide ("LuxeRide", "we", "us"), operated by JPRS Digital Connect, collects, uses and shares information when transportation companies ("operators") and their passengers and chauffeurs use our software.

Who we are

LuxeRide is a software platform that transportation operators (limousine, black car, chauffeur and airport transfer companies) use to manage online bookings, dispatch, payments and communication with their passengers and drivers.

LuxeRide is operated by JPRS Digital Connect. When you book a ride through an operator's LuxeRide-powered page, your direct commercial relationship is with that operator — LuxeRide provides the underlying software.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email, phone number and role, for operator staff, drivers and corporate account users.

Booking information: passenger name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip date/time, flight number and special instructions, provided when a booking is made.

Location information: chauffeur GPS position while a trip is active, so passengers and dispatch can see live progress. Location sharing stops when the trip ends.

Payment information: card payments are processed by Whop; LuxeRide does not store full card numbers. We do store transaction records (amount, date, status) needed for receipts and accounting.

Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, collected via cookies and Google Analytics to understand how the software is used and improve it.

How we use information

To operate the booking, dispatch, payment and notification features of the platform.

To send trip-related emails and SMS (confirmations, driver assignment, arrival alerts) on behalf of the operator.

To monitor, secure and improve the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

Data processing roles

For passenger and booking information, the operator is the data controller (the business that decides why and how that information is used to serve its customers), and LuxeRide acts as a data processor / service provider that handles the data solely on the operator's instructions, to power the software.

This means requests about passenger data (access, correction, deletion) should generally be directed to the operator a passenger booked with, who is best positioned to respond, though LuxeRide will assist operators in fulfilling verified requests.

How we share information

With the operator a passenger booked with — they need it to fulfill the trip and manage their business.

With service providers who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including Whop (payments), Google (maps, places and analytics), and our email/SMS delivery and cloud-hosting providers.

With law enforcement, regulators or courts only when required by applicable law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of LuxeRide, our operators, or the public.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not sell or "share" (as defined under California law) personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to remember your language preference and to power Google Analytics, which helps us understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain booking and account information for as long as the related operator account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes. Location information tied to a specific trip is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for trip support, safety and dispute-resolution purposes, and is not used for ongoing tracking after the trip concludes.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the operator you booked with directly, or reach us at the email below — we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some requests may be limited where retention is required by law.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of it, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as described above), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may submit a request using the contact details below; we may need to verify your identity first.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, role-based permissions) to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; to the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeRide's liability for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of information is limited as described in the "Limitation of liability" section of our Terms of Service.

Children's privacy

LuxeRide is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it.

International transfers

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own. By using LuxeRide, you consent to this transfer and processing to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
